Refund Policy

At Kelsey Hamilton Arts, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, to maintain fairness and the highest quality of service, the following refund policy applies:

• Deposit Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. By securing your session with a deposit, you confirm your commitment to the photoshoot and block off that time specifically for you.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. While deposits remain non-refundable, cancellations made with 14 days notice can apply the deposit toward a future session within 12 months of the original booking date.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 7 days notice without losing your deposit. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be completed within 6 months of the original booking date.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend your session without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and the full session fee may be charged.
